HOT RECIPES

-  HOT Rum Punch  - (Makes a 750 ml batch)

Ingredients:

5.5 oz Copper Horse Bold Rum

0.5 oz Hot Vodka

1 oz Key Lime Juice

0.5 oz Simple Syrup

0.25 oz Tipplemans Burnt Sugar Syrup (for color)

Pineapple Juice

        Add ingredients together in an empty 750 ml bottle and fill with Pineapple juice. 

        Shake vigorously to mix all ingredients thoroughly.  Keep punch refrigerated and serve                 over ice.

 

-  HOT Cranberry Punch  -

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Copper Horse Old Mill Vodka

.5 oz Copper Horse HOT Vodka

2 oz pineapple juice

2 oz cranberry juice

Splash lemon-lime soda or soda water

Splash fresh squeezed lime juice

Rim glass with sugar

Lime wedge for garnish

 

Fill tall glass with ice. Combine Vodka, Hot Vodka, juice, soda water. Add lime and stir. Rim glass with sugar and garnish with fresh lime. Pour over ice.

 

-  HOT Watermelon Cocktail  -  

Ingredients:

2 oz Copper Horse Old Mill VODKA

.5 oz Copper Horse HOT Vodka

         2 oz (1 cup cubed ripe watermelon-no seeds)

.5 oz fresh lime juice

.25 oz simple syrup

Sugar and salt to rim glass mixed ½ and ½ 

 

Juice watermelon or muddle to yield 2 ounces watermelon juice. Strain liquid. Add 2 ounces watermelon juice, Vodka, 1/2 ounce lime juice, HOT Vodka and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake well. Rim glass with sugar and salt mixture. Fill glass with ice and strain drink into the glass.
